The mega scandal SHIK Jelak is a corruption mega-scandal for which the SCPC does not react, as it does not react to anything in the part of high corruption in which there are indications of involvement of persons from the government of SDSM and DUI, t pointed out VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Naum Stoilkovski at a press briefing.
“In the spirit of anti-corruption policies during elections, it is inadmissible to make and accept changes in the Detailed Urban Plan, which would give entities a huge material benefit, which is already known to the public. The detailed plan for SHIK Jelak, the one for which Zaev ordered a vote in the Tetovo council immediately after the elections, had to get approval from the Ministry of Transport and Communications, since then Minister Goran Sugarevski of SDSM. The request for approval of the detailed urban plan from the Municipality of Tetovo to the Ministry of Sugarevski from SDSM was submitted on February 21 of this year. That is, it was submitted six days after the elections were called and the Assembly was dissolved on February 15 of this year! The SDSM-led ministry, then led by Sugarevski, approved the plan on February 28. Watch out, 400 pages of documents for DUP for 230,000 m2 with a further presumed profit of 200 million euros! It is adopted in only 7 days, two of which are weekends, the Ministry approves the detailed urban plan for buildings with 2,000 apartments, 8,000 presumed inhabitants, which includes the ordered gas station, as well as the largest shopping center in Macedonia! All this has been reviewed and approved by the Ministry of SDSM in just 7 days!”, says Stoilkovski.
