The modular hospital in Skopje closed after only two months of operation. Unofficially, the reason is the lack of staff and conditions. Officially, there are no patients.

The hospital admitted the first patients in mid-October and in a short time the capacity of 75 seats was filled. It was supposed to protect the Infectious Diseases Clinic from overcrowding, but still, two months later, the biggest burden continued to be on this clinic and the COVID centers in the other clinics.

In the last 24 hours, 52 patients have been hospitalized there, and a total of 345 COVID-19 patients are being treated.
