Due to strong wind and snow on Monday, the road to the weekend settlement of Popova Sapka blocked and families who were found in their homes were cut off.
The Crisis Management Center informs that an additional problem was the lack of electricity.
The Tetovo ULSG started clearing the road with the use of mechanization, and the families have been safely evacuated. The situation was normalized by the evening, and the problem with the electricity supply was also solved. RCUK Tetovo during the entire period of the situation has contacted LSGU Tetovo, PE Makedonijapat, PS Popova Sapka, ELEM Tours as responsible for maintaining the ski slopes and trails, informs the CMC.
