17th anniversary of President Boris Trajkovski’s death

Macedonia observes Friday 17 years from the death of President Boris Trajkovski, who was killed in a plane crash near Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. President StevoPendarovski will lay wreaths on Trajkovski’s grave at the Skopje-based Butel cemetery.

A delegation of the President’s Office will travel to Mostar, to lay flowers at the commemorative trait in Rotimlja, the site of the plane crash.

Trajkovski, President’s Office advisers DimkaIlkova-Boshkovic, RistoBlazhevski and Anita Krishan-Lozanovska, Mile Krstevski from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bodyguards Boris Velinov and Ace Bozhinovski, as well as pilots Marko Markovski and BrankoIvanovskidied in a plane crash on 26 February 2004 near Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
