The Washington The Institute for Health announces that in the Republic of Macedonia about 5,740 people will lose their lives by July as a result of COVID-19.
The total number of COVID-diagnosed persons in our country since the beginning of the epidemic is 126,938, the number of recovered patients is 104,356, the number of deaths is 3,675, and the number of active cases is 18,907.
This time last year Health Minister VenkoFilipche claimed that there would be 2,000 patients during the whole pandemic, yet now the country’s death toll stands at 3,675 deceased.
