As things stand at the moment, the school year will probably not start in September and we will have a third year in a row in which children will not physically attend classes, warned VMRO-DPMNE Vice President Aleksandar Nikoloski during a visit to Gevgelija and indicated that he would meet with teachers.

“In that regard, I want to comment that today we will have a meeting with teachers in Gevgelija. As things stand now, the schools will probably not open from September and it will be the third year in which the children do not go to school in whole or in part and attend classes from home. Those are three lost generations, these are three lost years because appropriate work habits are not created in children, socialization does not happen, which is extremely necessary in the development phase of children and the quality of education and knowledge falls,” said Nikoloski.
