Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski told Slobodna TV’s “Morning Briefing” on Wednesday that the amount for issuing a passport was up to 20 thousand euros.
“The suspects issued fake passports exclusively for money. The amount was up to 20 thousand euros. You know that in the past months, people were arrested for issuing forged driver’s licenses, for a sum of 1,500 to 2,000 euros,” Spasovski said.
Spasovski pointed out that it’s not always important “to stop the moment you find something out, but it’s important to reach as wider a ring as possible of people who did it, i.e. to see the way in which they move.”
