Health Minister Venko Filipche and head of the State Market Inspectorate Stojko Paunovski consider that the complete shutdown of hospitality businesses is a good measure, especially now, before the upcoming holidays.
“I think that such a measure is good before the upcoming holidays. And that was the main concept we discussed – whether we should take a radical measure and seriously reduce the pressure before some events that are a serious risk, and after two weeks maybe for the hospitality businesses some other recommendations. And that is why we chose that recommendation,” said Health Minister Venko Filipche.
He adds that for possible changes in the measure, the numbers and data for all cities will be analyzed individually as it was done every week.
