Dojran to offer a discount and free parking for Serbian tourists

Dojran Mayor Ango Angov and the director of the Agency for Support and Promotion of Tourism Ljupco Janevski, agreed this summer that Serbian tourists in Dojran will receive discounts in tourist hospitality facilities and free parking.

An intensified promotion of Dojran as a tourist destination in the region has been agreed in order to use the opportunities from transit tourism with the realization of more than 150,000 overnight stays this year.

This gesture follows in response to a recent donation from Serbia, which donated antimicrobial vaccines worth about 700,000 euros to the country.

– The goal is with this gesture to return the humanity and solidarity from Serbia, but also to help the domestic tourist workers who are currently in crisis and with the facilities to contribute to the Serbian tourists not to pass Macedonia as a tourist destination,” Angov and Janevski told a press conference.
