Health Minister Venko Filipche said on Thursday that the COVID-19 situation in North Macedonia is stabilizing and called on citizens to be responsible and abide by protective measures during the upcoming Easter holidays.
“Breaking the measures by visiting religious facilities and mass gatherings can lead to formation of new, mini-clusters. We have to be responsible and lead by example, abiding by preventive measures and recommendations,” the Minister said.
Moreover, he told reporters that no other virus variant, except the British strain, has been detected in Macedonia.
