VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski once again referred to the government’s announcements for the construction of a new Clinical Center. According to him, such a project does not exist, but there is only a thirty-pages-long feasibility study.
What the government wants to present is that the opposition is holding back the construction, in fact, amendments to the Law on Public Procurement. When I asked Filipche if he had a basic project, he admitted that he did not, Mickoski revealed.
Mickoski added that they will not allow half a billion euros to be spent without a project and that they have a project that will cost twice, and maybe three times cheaper. It envisages construction of Covid and Emergency Center on the lot near the polyclinic Bucharest and University Clinical Center in Shtip.
