Our citizens have nothing more to do, contribute and sacrifice for the European dream, because we have done all the necessary and unnecessary compromises, including the most absurd ones, to deserve membership in the European family. That is why it is now the European Union’s turn, said First Deputy PM Artan Grubi on Sunday.

Grubi told a panel discussion on the 20th anniversary from signing of Ohrid Framework Agreement: North Macedonia and Path to European Union, organized by Center for European Research and Analyses EUROPROSPERA, that European courage is now tested, since European values are under threat.

“We expect the same courage from the European leaders they required from us over the past two decades, starting from the Ohrid Agreement to the constitutional revision, without delay, without justifications,” said Grubi and added this is not only a decision on North Macedonia’s European future but the survival of the dream and future of the EU.
