After the University “St. Cyril and Methodius University in Veliko Tarnovo received approval from the Government to carry out higher education activities in RS Macedonia and received a reaction from the Rector of UKIM Nikola Jankulovski, who said that UKIM has been recognized the trademark right and is protected by the Office for industrial property. He explains that if the rights are violated, the university will act egally.
At that moment, we will use the available legal remedies in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and the Law on Industrial Property and possibly the international regulations that regulate this matter, says Jankulovski in a written statement for Sitel TV.
The Bulgarian University will establish joint study programs with the International Slavic University in Sveti Nikole.
