As many as 22 patients in Maceodnia died due to COVID-19 despite receiving a vaccine against Covid-19, according to data from the Ministry of Health, according to which 17 of the dead became ill in the first 14 days after receiving the first dose of the vaccine. The number of vaccinated citizens infected with the virus stands at 664.
“Out of the total number of infected after vaccination, 456 were confirmed as positive in the first 14 days from the date of vaccination, which indicates the fact that they were probably in the incubation period at the time they received the vaccine. Of the total number of deaths (22), 17 are in the first 14 days from the date of vaccination, i.e. part of the people who were probably in the incubation period at the time they received the vaccine,” the Ministry of Health informed.
