ZoranZaev put public pressure on the prosecution in interview with media outlets, in which he clearly stated that he did not agree with the decision of the prosecution and thought that DragiRashkovski was innocent, which is a scandal because the Prime Minister as the holder of executive power must not interfere in the legislature and the judiciary, in this case he is interfering in the judiciary, and the second thing that happened as a result of that pressure, Rashkovski was released yesterday. With such statements from the positions of the first in the government, Zaev put pressure on the judiciary and the prosecution and gave him a clear signal what to do,” reads the statement of VMRO-DPMNE.
VMRO-DPMNE points out that the judiciary and the Public Prosecutor must not succumb to pressure from Zaev. Rashkovski must not have the opportunity to influence the procedure.
“We have seen how Zaev controls the judiciary and the prosecution for four years. Four years with Zaev, four years of stolen life. Enough is enough,” the party added.
