Macedonia on Friday recorded nine new COVID-19 cases, after a total of 3,239 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the past 24 hours.
Of the new cases, three each were registered in Skopje and Kichevo and one each in Bitola, Shtip and Debar.
13 coronavirus patients recovered and three, two from Skopje (aged 86 and 70) and one from Tetovo (65), died in the same period, the Health Ministry said, citing data of the Institute of Public Health.
Since the onset of the epidemic, N. Macedonia has registered 155,663 confirmed coronavirus cases and 149,946 people have recovered. Death toll has reached 5,484. At the moment, there are 233 active cases nationwide.
