Diplomacy is a craft and is not taught overnight. Macedonia can be formally and legally said to have no diplomacy. These are selected people according to some political keys, criteria are beyond the uses of the state, an expert on everything and an expert on nothing. You need to spread and defend the interests of the state. Practice and tradition are key, it is one of the oldest crafts, said former Ambassador RistoNikoski.

That policy is irresponsible and you cut the branch on which you sit, Nikovski said when asked that Macedonia still does not have ambassadors in key European and world centers.

“All foreign policy issues are resolved by a small group of people in the country. The main problems of Macedonia are from the diplomatic level,” saysNikovski.
