Slovenian firefighters donate personal equipment to Berovo colleagues

The voluntary firefighting brigade “Tolmin” from Slovenia, which with its volunteer firefighters helped extinguish the huge forest wildfires in Maleshevo, donated personal firefighting equipment to their colleagues from the Territorial Firefighting Brigade from Berovo.

“Personal firefighting equipment was donated, a cooperation and training agreement was established and a strong friendship was established with the voluntary firefighting association “Tolmin” from Slovenia. A larger donation of firefighting equipment has been arranged, which our sincere friends will already provide upon arrival at their home in Slovenia. Planned training in Slovenia of our firefighting brigade, which would be realized during the next year,” informed the municipality.
