MPs of the opposition VMRO-DPMNE and the coalition TimchoMucunski and LjupcoPrendzov met with Mr. SørenPapePoulsen, leader of the Conservative People’s Party of Denmark on Friday.
At the meeting, the MPs thanked for the support that Denmark gives to the Republic of Macedonia on its path to full membership in the European Union.
Mucunski and Prendzov stressed the need to start accession negotiations as soon as possible, which must be based solely on European values.
The interlocutors agreed that the good cooperation between VMRO-DPMNE and the Conservative People’s Party of Denmark should continue both bilaterally and within the family of the European People’s Party.
