In the confrontation on TV21 between the candidates for mayors of DUI and the opposition coalition Alliance for Albanians/Alternativa, DUI candidate RidvanIbraimi promised that if he does not go to the second round, then he will support the candidate NaimSinani from the Alliance for Albanians, not of MilikijeAlimi from the ranks of SDSM, a party with which DUI has agreed cooperation in the elections.
Asked by the host of the show if he would support NaimSinani in the second round, Ibraimi answered “yes”, Sinani also promised that if he does not go to the second round, then he will support the DUI candidate Ibraimi.
In Arachinovo, three candidates are running for mayor: the current mayor,MilikijeAlimi from the ranks of SDSM, as well as RidvanIbraimi from DUI and NaimSinani from the Alliance-Alternativa coalition.
