Osmani kicks off “intensive foreign policy tour” in Germany

Foreign Minister BujarOsmani on Monday will kicks off a tour of several key cities, including Berlin, Warsaw and Bled, where he will have bilateral talks and will attend international events.

Osmani on Monday will be in working visit to Germany for meetings with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas and Federal Minister for Europe Michael Roth, the Foreign Ministry said Sunday.

The visit, it said, aims at resuming high-level political dialogue with Germany and reaffirming Germany’s position regarding North Macedonia’s European dossier on the eve of the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Slovenia.

Osmani’s next stop on Tuesday is Poland for the Warsaw Security Forum. There he will meet Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau and Finnish Foreign Minister PekkaHaavisto as well as with other political representatives in the sphere of security and transatlantic relations.

On Wednesday, FM Osmani will join the state delegation, led by Prime Minister ZoranZaev to attend the EU-Western Balkans Summit in BrdopriKranju in Slovenia.
