My predictions were that VMRO-DPMNE would win or in most of the municipalities would have the lead, that it would win the councilor lists and that happened. I was especially convinced in Skopje and bigger cities such as Bitola, Shtip, Ohrid, Prilep, says AleksandarPandov, President of the Patriotic Institute of VMRO-DPMNE in an interview onKanal 5 TV’s political show, commenting on the results of the first election round.

Pandov pointed out that due to SDSM’s bad result in the first round of local elections where it lost in a number of larger municipalities as well as Skopje,ZoranZaev’s seat is standing on wobbly legs.
