Health Minister Filipche visits survivors of Pirogov bus accident

 All seven injured passengers treated in the Sofia-based Pirogov hospital are in stable condition that is not life-threatening, said Health Minister Venko Filipche on Tuesday.

After visiting the hospital together with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani, Minister Filipche said one patient has suffered a broken arm.

“We have visited the patients. They suffered minor injuries that have been treated by our colleagues for which I am grateful. We will be in communication in the coming days until the situation is fully stabilized and then the patients will be transferred to Skopje,” said Filipche.

According to him, several members of one family are among the victims, the youngest being at 16-year-old girl, while the others aged 40-50.
