The head of the Employment Center at the Employment Agency misused over 10 thousand euros of official funds for three years, which she spent for her own needs.
As explained by the Ministry of Interior, the defendant committed the crime in the capacity of an official from the position of manager, and in the period from 1.1.2014 to 30.4.2017, misused and misappropriated funds from the treasury of the Employment Center at the ESA, which were approved for official needs and representation of the Center.
