Three more passengers who were injured in the bus accident on the Struma highway on November 23 are expected to be discharged from the Pirogov hospital in Sofia on Monday afternoon. The patients, a married couple and another young girl, will be transported to N. Macedonia.
According to an official press release from the hospital, the patients are stable and in good health. Four patients are currently treated and the Burns and Plastic Surgery Clinic, and they have spent the night according to the expectations of the hospital staff with no changes in their condition since yesterday.
A patient hospitalized at the Neurosurgery Clinic is already recovering after two successful surgical treatments – on the lower leg and the spine.
