The Gostivar Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office initiated a procedure and filed an Indictment against one person for a crime – Usurpation of real estate under Article 225 paragraph 2 in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
The accused 63-year-old resident of Skopje, on June 10, in the village of Mavrovi Anovi, without construction approval started building on the left side of the regional road in the direction of Debar. The accused usurped and fenced in an area of 100 m2 with a metal fence.
