The deadline for payment of annual leave reimbursement also known as K-15 has passed. Today’s announcement from the “Glasen Tekatilec” NGO reads that the right to annual leave reimbursement K-15 is a legal obligation of the employer. The deadline for payment of the recourse is up on December 31.
“We urge you to report if you have not been paid by January 15, 2022you have been paid only part of the planned compensation so that we can react properly and report to the State Labor Inspectorate, in order for the employer to be in charge of his payment and properly sanctioned,” says “Glasen Tekstilec”.
