For the first time, the highest level of export of 3 billion euros has been reached in TIDZ, said the director of the Directorate for Technological Industrial Development Zones Jovan Despotovski.
“Initial analyzes show that we have reached the limit of 3 billion euros in exports. This is 15 percent more compared to 2020, and 6.5 percent more than 2019, which has been a record export year so far. This shows that the economy within the zones, but also in the country is in a good direction. I expect the growth trend to continue given that some of the companies with which we signed contracts this year will already start production and work, so I expect the current record level in 2022 to be exceeded. With the new concept and the smart approach that we apply for a year, we managed to encourage constant growth of companies active in the zones and concrete results,” said Despotovski.
