What is more necessary than the peace of the country and the peace of every human being, the peace of the family, the peace between people and nations. What is more appropriate for people to live in peace and show good will, said the head of the MOC-OA HH Stefan in his address on the occasion of the Christmas Eve ceremony at the Church of Saint Clement of Ohrid.

“Do we think about how we celebrate and glorify the Lord, what we give Him, do we bring enough love and do we have enough love for the people around us? Is it enough to have love only on Christmas Eve, Christmas and Easter? Only with life according to the faith, every day will be like Christmas and Easter, said the head of MOC-OA, adding that despite everything that did not work out, alluding to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are ready for today and tomorrow.

Last year’s godfather Dr. Nikola Panovski, as well as last year toastmaster Dr. Miodrag Vrchakovski attended the Orthodox Christmas celebration and arrived in a carriage. Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska was also attended the traditional celebration. She wished goodwill and blessings to all the citizens this year, as she said, to be much better than last year. The celebration followed all COVID-19 protection protocols.
