Nine thousand (9539) active cases of COVID-19 in the country were exceeded with the newly confirmed 632 from yesterday’s statistics for the past 24 hours. More than half are active, i.e. 5558 are in Skopje. Three-digit numbers of infected people currently have 12 more cities, most are in Bitola – 755 and Prilep – 546, and over 300 active have Ohrid – 396 and Kavadarci – 301.
Of the new 632 cases, confirmed by 6531 COVID tests, 470 are in Skopje. As a result of COVID-19, seven people died in the last 24 hours and with them the total number of people who lost the battle with the coronavirus is 8023. Since the onset of the epidemic, the number of COVID-diagnosed in our country reached 232,068, and 214 506 patients have recovered.
