The Basic Criminal Court has scheduled the first hearing for the former Secretary General of the Government Dragi Rashkovski.
The trial will be led by Judge Fanka Janchuleva Mihailovska.
According to the indictment, Rashkovski will be tried for abuse of office and money laundering. He is accused of damaging the state budget by over 300 thousand euros.
Rashkovski committed the biggest financial misuse of nearly 17 and a half million denars by purchasing computer software for traffic speed, a voting booth and a biometric identification system.
