Passenger and freight trains are stopped in the country for two days now, after the machine and executive staff in the Railways Transport of RNM started the boycott on Wednesday morning due to the unpaid second part of the salary for December last year.
DushkoChakarovski, a representative of the railway staff, said that the boycott will continue until the set request is met. There are, as he says, announcements from the management of the company that the second part of the salary will be paid tomorrow, but for now there is no change in our decision.
Pursuant to the Decision of November 2, 2021, the machine and executive staff announced that they will not perform the works if the salary for the previous month is not paid in full by the 25th of the current month. The decision was made after the termination of work in November, also due to delays in the payment of salary. A boycott was held in August, 2021for the same reasons.
