VMRO-DPMNE reacted to the decision to lift the house arrest for former Secretary General of the Government Dragi Rashkovski.
The party points out that justice with SDSM in power is impossible, as evidenced by the release of Dragi Rashkovski.
“The pawn Kovachevski released Zoran Zaev’s pet. Rashkovski laughs at justice in person, instead of being imprisoned, his house arrest was lifted. Unresolved questions remain as to which line Aleksandar Piperevaliev is his cousin and how 850,000 euros were paid from Drisla for excavators!? Rashkovski is a man who also denied the software he sold to the Ministry of Interior, which does not correspond to the camera system,” the party said in a press release.
VMRO-DPMNE stresses that Rashkovski also denied “Leonardo”, so an audio recording was released which confirmed it. The SHIK Jelak scandal, like the others, remained unresolved.
The Chamber of the Skopje Appellate Court, composed of Judges Tanja Mileva, President of the Council, Gjoko Ristov and Lirie Elezi Ajrulau, members of the Council, upheld the appeal of the first defendant in the “Software” case, Dragi Rashkovski, and lifted his house arrest.
