SDSM in two years increased the price of electricity by over 30%, stagflation eats the economy, said VMRO-DPMNE in a press release.

In June 2019, the price of one kilowatt hour of electricity was 5.54 denars, in December 2021 it was 7.32 denars.

“With SDSM in the past 2 years we have a constant increase in the price of electricity. This is also caused by the fact that REK Bitola and other energy facilities are used for theft instead of electricity production. Stagflation eats away at the economy at every turn. The price of electricity rises and production falls. With SDSM, the energy crisis will deepen. That is why early parliamentary elections are needed as soon as possible,” reads VMRO-DPMNE’s press release.
