Five patients have died and 312 new cases of COVID-19 were registered in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health announced Tuesday.
2,605 tests were performed, and the registered new cases 19 are in Skopje – 181, Prilep – 17, Bitola and Kavadarci 13 each, Kumanovo – 12, Ohrid – 11, Veles and Gostivar 8 each, Strumica – 7, Gevgelija – 6 ,Resen – 5, Shtip – 4, Tetovo, Kichevo, Berovo and Kratovo 3 each, Kochani, Struga, Radovish, KrivaPalanka, Valandovo and Vinica 2 each, Negotino, Debar and Krushevo 1 each.
Out of the total number of registered deceased persons (5), comorbidities were registered in 4 persons.
So far, 301,895 people have been diagnosed in the country, 290,907 have recovered, the death toll stands at 9,155, and the number of active cases is 1,833 nationwide. There are 982 active cases in Skopje.
Out of the total number of cases (312), 51 cases are reinfections. 290 recovered patients were registered in the last 24 hours.
