As a result of the policy of solidarity, North Macedonia joins the EU Platform for joint purchase of liquefied natural gas and hydrogen, Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski wrote on Facebook.

“Through collective market entry, the goal is to ensure a lower gas price. In this time full of challenges, the joint “together we are stronger” strategy yields results. We are grateful to the EU for making a decision during the energy crisis for North Macedonia to become part of this platform for joint purchase of liquefied natural gas as part of the strategy for dealing with the consequences of the Russian aggression on Ukraine,” Kovachevski said.
