The Government adopted the recommendations of the General Coordination Crisis Staff for dealing with COVID-19, and at Wednesday’s session the following conclusions were made:
- To start in-person lessons at the universities in the country by respecting the recommended restrictive measures for prevention of COVID-19, mandatory wearing of protective masks indoors, maintaining a physical distance of 1-2 meters, frequent hand hygiene with mandatory disinfection before the entrances to the lecture halls, amphitheaters, gymnasiums, i.e. non-grouping and frequent ventilation of the closed rooms, with a recommendation for vaccination of the students and the teaching staff at the universities in the country.
- Attendance at primary schools should take place without masks for students, unless students voluntarily request to wear a protective mask. The obligation to wear face masks remains for teachers and other school staff.
- To increase the maximum fullness of the capacity of open and closed space from the current up to 50%, up to a maximum of 75%, with mandatory wearing of protective masks for cultural events. Theaters, cinemas, philharmonic, as well as seminars, trainings, meetings, conferences, etc.
