At Wednesday’s 34th session, the Government adopted the Decree amending the Decree on the amount of compensation for privatization of privatized construction land, which is increased by 30 times. The decree also regulates the manner and procedure for collection of the compensation for privatization of construction land.
“The Decree amending the Decree on the amount of compensation for privatization of construction land to be privatized, the manner and procedure for collection of compensation for privatization of construction land, whose review of the amount of compensation for privatization of construction land is replaced by a new Review,” informed the Government.
A higher amount of compensation (30 times higher than previously planned) is envisaged for privatization of state-owned construction land for the purpose of: collective housing envisaged by the spatial planning acts that have not been realized, commercial, business, commercial, production and facilities intended for sports and recreation.
