Central Registry blocks the development of Vodovod, not allowing it to produce eco-energy

The Central Registry does not allow the implementation of the unanimously voted decision of the Council of the City of Skopje, blocking the Skopje Water and Sewerage to invest in renewable energy sources for its own needs as a way to protect the environment, and achieve additional savings.

The double standards in the action are reflected in their claim that the initiative of PE “Vodovod i Kanalizacija” (“Water and Sewerage”) cannot be entered under the pretext that the production of electricity from the National Classification of Activities is not a communal activity as an activity of public interest for providing utility services for satisfaction. to the needs of individuals and legal entities for which public enterprises are established. The same does not apply when it comes to the water company in Kochani to which the same Central Registry allowed the registration of the same activity.
