The members of the Commission for Elections and Appointments did not accept the proposal of the VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonio Miloshoski for public presentation of the candidates for constitutional judges.

In order not to disrupt the Commission’s work, MP Miloshoski proposed the candidates who want to be able to present themselves in person after the debate.

“Let this be the conclusion for which the Commission will vote. We cannot force a candidate if they does not want to present themselves personally, however, that will be an indicator for the candidate. Here is a fact, the proposal Tanja Vasikj a few months ago received a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Law, and her mentor was Professor Rodna Zhivkovska, so let the public decide who is the most prominent lawyer to be proposed as a constitutional judge,” said opposition MP Miloshoski.
