According to Friday’s data released by the State Statistical Office (SSO), the annual average expenditure of the employer per employee in the Republic of Macedonia in 2020 was 545,015 denars.
The highest annual average expenditure of the employer per employee is in the Information and Communications sector and amounts to 958,664 denars or 16 thousand euros.
The annual average in 2020 of the employer’s expenses per actually worked hour is 306 denars. The total annual average of hours actually worked per employee is 1,780 hours.
Administrative data from the Public Revenue Office and the Employment Agency were used for the processing of the data from the survey Labor Price Survey in 2020, according to the SSO.
