President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić in his address to the Open Balkans on Wednesday, called on the leaders of the member states of the Initiative to form working groups that will meet in southern Serbia in order to discuss how to join forces and overcome the challenges of the crisis that the region is facing. Vučić stressed that representatives from other countries in the region were also welcomed at the meeting.
“Let’s form working groups immediately, or at the next meeting, which I propose to be somewhere in southern Serbia, before the big summit in Belgrade at the end of the summer. Let’s form working groups that will take care of how to overcome the difficulties with food supply and energy, as well as to help each other survive the winter. If they want to participate in the formation of the working groups, representatives of Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pristina are also welcome in those agreements,” Vučić said.
