Macedonian and European handball legend Kire Lazarov played the last match of his career and unfortunately failed to win a trophy, after Nantes lost (31:36) to PSG in the final of the French Cup.

However, Lazarov says he is proud of everything he has achieved in his career.

“PSG played a great match and deservedly won. They are a quality team and they had enough time to prepare while we were fighting for the second place in the championship. I am proud of everything I have achieved over the years and I am honored to have played in Nantes and France,” said Kire Lazarov after playing the last match of his career.
