The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia (SSM) urged the MPs from the ruling parties and the opposition to vote on the amendment for harmonization of salaries for 2,806 denars in the public sector before, as SSM said, the additional increase in electricity prices, oil derivatives and new price shocks.
Vote for the amendment of SSM for adjustment of salaries by MKD 2,806 in the public sector proposed by VMRO-DPMNE and do not use the debate on the supplementary budget to further regress workers’ rights by abolishing a non-working day in tourist places, which means everywhere, said SSM, and added that the amendment should be voted as soon as possible by all MPs.
