The Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Macedonia today held its 19th session at which it decided to postpone the hearing on the initiative of the submitter Pavle Trajanov, regarding the paid political advertising in the media.
Following the presentation of the report on the initiative by Judge Naser Ajdari, as well as the statements made by Judges Darko Kostadinovski and Osman Kadriu, the court decided to withdraw the case from today’s session, concluding that it is a complex initiative that requires a full composition for decision making.
“Having in mind that it is obvious that the required number of votes will not be obtained, my proposal is for this case to be withdrawn from today’s session and to decide on it when we are in full composition,” said the President of the Constitutional Court Dobrila Kacarska.
