The Regulatory Commission for Energy and Water Services at its main session adopted Decisions by which the Decisions for issuance of a license for performing energy activity supply, i.e. distribution of heat energy by a regulated producer cease to be valid.
With these decisions, DISTRIBUTION OF HEAT BALKAN ENERGY DOOEL Skopje and SUPPLY OF HEAT BALKAN ENERGY DOOEL Skopje no longer have a license to perform energy activity on top of distribution and distribution of energy distribution.
The ERC previously made a decision to terminate the license for heat production.
