The French proposal will go directly to the plenary session, but it is not yet known exactly when it will find its way before the MPs. After the coordination of the parliamentary groups in the Parliament, Xhaferi’soffice announced that there is no procedural provision that allows the Speaker to return the French proposal to the Government.
Pursuant to Article 185 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the Parliament Speaker delivers the Information to the MPs in the form in which it was received and has no authority to enter into its content and there is no procedural provision that allows him to return the information to the proposer.
“According to the procedure, the Information that is on the agenda of the plenary session is adopted by making Conclusions regarding the Information,” added Xhaferi.
