The leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski, at the press conference after the meeting with the EC President Ursula Von der Leyen, said that he showed her the pictures of the murders of the young people in Vatasha, of national hero Vera Ciriviri- Trena and of the deportation of the Jews, taken by the Bulgarian fascist occupier.

“Should we now accept that they are administrators?! VMRO-DPMNE will not support constitutional changes!, he said and added that: “The dilemma faced by VMRO-DPMNE, the Macedonian public and the citizens is the following: in Article 11, in the “common position of the EU”document, it is clearly stated that Macedonia has no to start accession negotiations until the Constitution is changed. Whether that is true or not, I leave it to the expert public, but also to the people who deal with this problem, to give an answer,” Mickoskiadded.
