Everyone is familiar with the proposal that protects your interests. You are confident that the EC has always been on the side of this country and will continue to be on your side always. We are convinced that this is a historic decision. But the decision is yours and yours alone. In the end it’s about your path. If you decide to accept the revised French proposal, a political intergovernmental conference will be organized, and the European Commission will immediately start screening European law, the first step in membership negotiations.
