The Public Enterprise Vodovod-Skopje (PE Water and Sewage) on Tuesday has introduced Ana, an AI digital assistant that aims to help the citizens of Skopje with the services of the public enterprise. This is the first and only technological innovation of its kind in the public sector at the level of the country, all with the aim of faster resolution of citizens’ requests and improvement of the user experience.
PE Vodovod – Skopje started this initiative in order to meet the citizens’ needs and help them with fast and efficient delivery of their requests.
